Jadyn Mossengren
Founder/ Lead Instructor
About Instructor Jadyn:

Horse Experience: Around horses her entire life (21+ years), competing in WSCA game shows and barrel races for 8+ years, earning trophies, ribbons, checks, high point awards, and state qualifications. Jadyn competes in WPRA & Rice Rodeo Company rodeos.
​
Teaching Background: Teaching since 2017 and spent 3 years as an instructor at another facility before opening Hearts & Horses. Graduated with a Bachelor’s in Equine Studies with an emphasis in Business Management December of 2024.
​
Teaching Style: Focuses on clear communication and building strong basics. She emphasizes using light hands and leg aids to connect gently with the horse. Additionally, she teaches proper body posture to help riders stay balanced and in control. Jadyn’s approach is patient and encouraging, helping students gain confidence while improving their skills.
​
Training Experience: 10+ years working with project horses of all ages, breeds, heights, and experience levels. She has competed in 3 rescue horse trainer challenges. Her latest challenge is training a wild mustang.

Founder/ Instructor
Connie
Connie is a mother to 4, grandmother, caretaker, and Hospital Manager of VCA PineRidge Animal Hospital. She has owned horses for over 40 years.
Connie is the founder of 3 Hearts Equine Rescue, a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization, which is also located at the same facility as Hearts & Horses Equine Center. It brings Connie joy to be able to see some of the rescue horses being used in the lesson and camp program.
​
In her free time, Connie enjoys showing her horses, especially Morocco, at WSCA game shows and going on trail rides in the woods across the street. She enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and friends.
​
Connie helps with the horse camps and teaches lessons. She enjoys being able to share her passion with others.
